With Spring now here and the flowers starting to bloom and the tree's budding it's time to think about yourself.

With the recent events around Central Pa, please take the time to think about safety and the Well Being of the Emergency Responder.  Recent calls have shown that we need to ensure that we are ready able and fit to respond to calls and not become patients ourselves.  Take a walk in the evenings, watch what you eat, and be prepared for the big one. 

As always, think scene safety, wearing a SCBA when there is smoke around, wearing your safety vest while on the scene of any highway incident, or walking through the brush dragging or cutting a line.
